Our New Owner Training Program is a simple, step-by-step process that will turn you into a proficient longarm quilter… even if you’ve never quilted before!
You’ll take the “essentials” classes in the weeks prior to the Gammill Tech arriving, and you’ll have learned the skills to do your first quilt. On day 2 of installation, you’ll complete a quilt all by yourself. Your Gammill technician will be right there beside you if you have questions.
Retrofit customers typically complete 5-15 quilts in their first 30 days.

Statler and Statler Ascend Retrofits take two days to install. A Gammill technician will do the installation right there in your studio. Installation is included in the price of a Retrofit.
There are over 1200 patterns included with your Statler. And, if you need a different design, inside your machine is Gammill’s PatternCloud Store where you can purchase other patterns for $5 – $15. You can use patterns from any source.
CreativeStudio is included with your Statler Retrofit and not only does it run your machine, but it’s the software of choice for many professional pattern designers. You can make your own pattern, sometimes in just a couple of minutes, and save it to use again and again.
Gammill doesn’t charge for software updates and never has. All Statler owners have access to the latest version free of charge.
We include everything you need in the price. Labor, shipping, travel, etc. are all included at no additional cost.

Yes, the computer and software are included. The only thing we need you to supply is a surge protector power strip for us to plug the system into.
